About Dennis Smith, CCIM

I grew up in Michigan and moved to Florida in 1979. Needless to say, I have seen Florida change dramatically over the years. I started a very successful convention and production company in 1985 and sold it in 2009. Since then, I have enjoyed Florida on another whole level. I started working with friends from the industry in 2015 in commercial real estate. I worked for a very successful commercial real estate company in Orlando for three years and have achieved the much sought-after CCIM Designation. Moving to Bradenton in 2018, I worked with many clients and achieved the confidence of my friends and family in the Bradenton area, and have been successful in many transactions in the Bradenton, Sarasota, Tampa, and Orlando areas.

 

My business partner, Andrew Garcia, and I specialize in both luxury waterfront properties and commercial properties in the Bradenton, Sarasota, Tampa, and Orlando areas.
